No matter what anyone says to you, any bit of change in the color of your skin is a sign of damage. There is no such thing as a "healthy glow" or anything along those lines. Pale people are much more at risk but anyone can get skin cancer. I would suggest not tanning at all because as I said any change in your skin color at all is a sign of damage to your skin. You'll age faster too. So start using a greater SPF one that covers UVA and UVB.
