My dad has stage IV melanoma and I have a red sunburn.?

I am really freaking out right now. I am just looking for calming words. I have watched my dad battle cancer for 5 years, my mom also had melanoma when I was little, and this sunburn has me very anxious. What can I do? What are my chances of getting melanoma?
