Revenge on my sister?

Ok so my sis pulled a prank on me, and she KNOWS i cant help but to sleep with my mouth open because i have nasal polyps, and she goes and squirts shaving cream down my throat during my sleep time, so since she's prego, i gott to take that into consideration, so how would i get her back?? plz and thnxxxx
