I'm extremely scared...I'm shaking please read?

I just watched the video on youtube "dear 16-year old me" which talks about taking proper precautions to prevent getting melanoma and other skin cancer. I'm 16 and I'm terrified because of what they said in the video..i have a lot of moles on my body mostly on my back and a few on my legs and face. I am scared because it says the more you have the more likely you are to get cancer and i just looked up melanoma on webmd and it said if it bleeds thats a symptom or if is asymmetrical i have 2 on my back like this and i'm absolutely terrified please help what should i do thanks so much
