Help. I can't get wet.?

no matter what i do. I can use my fingers or pens or anything, and I can't seem to get anything flowing. I feel like theres something wrong with me, what if I get with someone and I can't get wet for them? men can just take a pill to get it up, i cant squirt is there anything that helps?
